The construction of Parvan Toos Steel Complex began on September 9, 2022, on a 210,000-square-meter site in the Mahvelat Industrial Zone, located along the Feyzabad–Gonabad transit route. Established to meet domestic steel demand and expand exports, the complex commenced operations in October 2025 following the completion of construction and production line outfitting. In its first phase, utilizing the slab rolling process, Parvan Toos Steel Complex has an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of Carbon Steel Plates with thicknesses ranging from 10 to 50 mm.
In line with our expansion plans, the second phase of the complex is designed to produce 8 mm steel plates with an annual capacity of 150,000 tons for industrial and construction applications. A key strategic goal of Parvan Toos Steel Complex is to foster sustainable regional employment. We achieve this by recruiting and employing local talent, including managers, engineers, production supervisors, as well as skilled and semi-skilled workers, thereby contributing to the economic growth of the province.
