Parvan Toos Steel Complex was established with the objective of creating employment in a less-developed region and meeting the steel demand of the province. With the commissioning of its development phases, the complex will be able to cover a significant portion of regional and provincial demand, as well as serve neighboring countries through export activities. In addition, by addressing regional energy imbalance challenges through on-site power generation, the complex plays an effective role in helping to mitigate electricity shortages in the area.
